Graduates, the transcript and the degree

Every graduate is kept with the day, the degree, the cumulative GPA and the hours of that day. A student's official transcript and a graduate's degree certificate are the university's certificates: each with its serial, the stamp, the signature and a check code whose public page says whether it is still valid.

Who

University — Issue transcripts and degree certificates issues them. The certificates' own rights list them, withdraw them and keep their templates and fees.

The graduates

The list shows each graduate's major and degree, the day they graduated, the cumulative GPA, the hours, and their email and phone. Filter by year of graduation or major, or find a name or a student number. A graduate keeps their portal: their papers, their transcript and their record.

Issue the transcript or the degree certificate

Press Transcript and degree on a graduate's line, or open a student's Graduation tab.

Choose the Language, English or Arabic. Tick No fee for this paper to charge nothing this time.

Press Issue the transcript: every semester, each course with its code, credit hours, grade and points, the semester's hours and GPA, the transfer credit, the cumulative GPA, the hours earned, the standing and, for a graduate, the day of graduation. Press Issue the degree certificate once the student has graduated.

Issuing the transcript and the degree certificate

Each paper issued is listed with its serial, kind, language, day and state; Open the PDF opens it. A kind with a fee is billed on an ordinary invoice, as the certificates' settings say.

A student's transcripts and degree certificates

The degree certificate's words are a template of the kind Degree certificate on University › Certificates › Templates; it can use the major, the faculty, the degree, the day of graduation and the cumulative GPA. In the portal, a university student asks for their own transcript.

A paper is never changed after it is issued. A wrong one is withdrawn on University › Certificates with its reason, and its check page says so.
