Getting started

Flowrica, your assistant in every section

Flowrica is the assistant inside Zyntra. She answers questions from your own records, makes records with you one question at a time, tells you in the morning what needs you, and walks you through a screen. She works on the screen you are on.

Where

Ask Flowrica in the top bar of every screen · her own screens under Flowrica in the menu

Who

Everyone allowed to use Flowrica. She offers only what you are allowed to do, and reads only the records you may open.

Open her panel

Press Ask Flowrica in the top bar. The button names the screen you are on, for example Ask Flowrica about tasks. Her panel opens beside your work and says what you are looking at. In it you find:

In the panelWhat it is for
What can Flowrica do here?Three lists for this screen: Questions you can ask, What Flowrica makes with you and What Flowrica watches for. Press Close to go back.

Ask a question

1
Press a ready question, or type your own and press Ask.
2
Read the answer. It is marked from your own data, and a name or a number in it opens the record it names.
3
Press Copy to take the figures with you, or Download CSV to open them in a spreadsheet.
An answer from your own data: the open leads, counted by status

On a customer's page her panel also offers What is this customer's story?: up to five short lines about what they bought, what they owe, their last problem, who looks after them and the last thing that happened, each opening the record it names.

A customer's story: what they bought, what they owe, their last problem and who looks after them

If she did not understand a sentence, she says so and offers the nearest questions she can answer.

Make a record with her

1
Under Or make something, choose what to make, for example Create a task. The product's own form opens beside her.
2
Answer her question and press Next. The form fills as you answer, and the line at the top counts the steps. A question you do not need has its own way past beside Next, for example Skip or Not related to anything. Undo takes back your last answer; Cancel leaves without saving.
Flowrica asks her first question, with the New customer form open beside her
3
When every answer is in, she shows them together and asks That is everything — create it? Nothing is saved yet. Press her button, for example Create the task or Create customer, or Edit an answer to change one. You can also change anything on the form itself and press the form's own button.
Every answer is in: the form is filled, and Flowrica asks before anything is saved
4
A green card says it is done, for example Created task with its name. On the card, Open the task opens the record and Create another task starts again. For one minute the card also has Undo task.
The record is saved through the product's own form, with the same checks, numbering and permissions as when you fill it by hand. Undo archives the record: nothing is deleted.

If you work in more than one company and none is chosen, she asks you to choose the company in the top bar or on the form before she saves.

A whole order in one sentence

You do not have to press a button first. Type the whole order in the box, for example Create an invoice for Petra Valley Hospitals for 3 hours of consulting at 50 JOD. She starts the same steps with what she understood already filled in, and asks only for what is missing. The sentence can ask for an invoice, an estimate, an expense, a payment or a task.

Watch for me

Type what you want to be told about, for example tell me when an invoice is 7 days late. She opens a Watch for me card with nothing saved yet; press Create to keep it. She can watch for an invoice a number of days late, a deal won or lost, a new lead, customer or ticket, a ticket assigned to you, and stock below its minimum. What she keeps is a rule you can see and switch on or off under Flowmind.
