Who

Anyone allowed to set goals.

Press + New goal.

Under What to measure, type the Title and choose the Goal type: what the system will count.

Under Who, choose who the goal is For: A person, A team or The whole company.

Under Period and target, set the Start date, the End date and the Target. Choose the Direction: ↗ Higher is better or ↘ Lower is better. Repeats makes the goal start again each period.

Narrow it down counts only one Customer group or one Customer country, if you want that.

Under Notifications, tick when the people on the goal are told: when it is achieved, when it is missed, or when it falls behind its pace.

A Payroll bonus is optional: type the Bonus for each person when achieved. When the goal ends achieved, each bonus waits for somebody allowed to approve payroll bonuses, and then goes to the person's next payslip.

Press Create goal.

The list

The cards count the goals that are Active, On track, At risk, Achieved this quarter and Missed this quarter. The views are All active, Mine, My team, Company-wide, At risk, Ended and Archived. + Save current filters as a view keeps your own view. Search goals… finds one. Export and ⚙ Columns work on the table.

The goal's page

Press a goal's name to open it. A side panel shows the Goal progress (the actual figure, the target, and where the pace leads), What is counted and Who and when. Its buttons are Edit, Duplicate, Archive and Tell them now. Open fully adds the tabs: Overview, Contributing records (each record that was counted), Leaderboard (each person's own goal and progress), Bonus and Activity. Back to summary returns to the panel. On the list, the view Bonus waiting shows the goals whose bonus waits for approval.
