Over the days between From and To (the last 30 days at first): each teacher's Conversations with a message in those days, the messages From families and students, the teacher's Answers, how many conversations are Waiting now and since when the oldest waits (Waiting since). The teachers with the most waiting come first.

Unanswered

Every conversation whose family's last message has waited longer than the hours typed in Waiting longer than (hours) — the school's own figure from the settings at first: the Student, who wrote it, the Teacher, since when it waits and for how many hours. A message written outside the office hours waits from when they began.
