Who

People whose role may see the cash forecast and see invoices.

It starts from Bank and cash today and adds what comes in and takes off what goes out: customer invoices by their due date, customers' cheques by their date, recurring invoices, bills and expenses owed, our cheques not yet cleared, recurring bills and expenses, salaries on the pay day, staff loans to pay out and tax returns falling due.

1
Choose 30 days, 60 days or 90 days, and By week or By 30 days.
2
Under Customer invoices, When each customer usually pays places each invoice on the day that customer usually pays instead of its due date.
3
Press any figure to see the documents it is made of; each opens its own screen.

The first day the balance would go below zero is said in red; below the company's floor, in amber. Floor and pay day sets both for a company.

What customers already owe past the due date is not counted on: it is said under the table with its total. Salaries of a month with no payroll run yet are estimated from the last closed run.

With Flowrica: ask her «How is my cash next month?» — she answers from the same figures.
