Zyntra for Outlook

Zyntra for Outlook is a panel inside Outlook. Beside an email it shows who wrote it and everything open with them in Zyntra, with the same rights each person has in Zyntra. This screen is where an administrator gets it installed.

Where

System › Setup: search for Zyntra for Outlook (it is listed under Channels)

Who

People who may open Setup install it. Everyone uses the panel with their own account.

Install it for everyone

Press Download the manifest. The file names the address under Where Outlook will open the panel; it holds no password and no key.

In the Microsoft 365 admin center, open Settings › Integrated apps.

Choose Upload custom apps, then Office Add-in, and upload the manifest file.

Choose who gets it (everyone, or some people) and finish. It can take a few hours to appear in Outlook.

Install it for one person

Download the manifest and send the file to that person.

In Outlook, open Get Add-ins, then My add-ins.

Under Custom add-ins, choose Add a custom add-in › Add from file, and pick the manifest.
Outlook opens a panel only from an https address. If the screen says the address is not https, install it from your live Zyntra address.

What each person does in the panel

The first timeThe person types the company's Zyntra address and signs in with the same account they use in Zyntra.
Reading an emailThe panel shows who wrote it and what is open with them. Open in Zyntra opens the record. The email can be saved on a record; anyone at the company who can see that record can then read it in Zyntra.
Writing an emailThe panel shows who you are writing to. Insert an estimate link and Insert a meeting time from my calendar put the link or the free times in your email; nothing is booked. Log this email to Zyntra when sent saves it on the customer's timeline when you press Send in Outlook.
A reply from FlowricaFlowrica drafts a reply into Outlook's reply window. You check it and press Send there yourself.

Zyntra sees only the open email, and only when the panel is open. A card a person has no right to is never sent to Outlook. A person signs the panel out in My Space › Mail › Settings.

When the panel opens a draft in Zyntra, a page says the draft from your email is open in Flowrica beside it: check it there and save it.
