Equipment that arrived on a goods receipt: what still waits to become an asset, and the assets already registered from it.

Who

Anyone allowed to see assets; registering needs the right to add an asset.

The screen has two lists. Waiting to be registered shows each receipt line with its Receipt, the day it was Received on, the Item, the Supplier, and three counts: Received, Registered and Left. Registered from a receipt shows the assets already made this way, newest first.

Register equipment from a receipt

Press Register from a receipt.

Choose the Receipt line: search by receipt, item or serial number. Each line says how many units are left to register.

Say which units to register and press Register.

Each unit becomes an asset, and it leaves stock on a delivery voucher, so Inventory and the equipment register agree. Only an approved receipt can be used.
