Website forms

The site has no forms of its own. Each form on it is one of Zyntra's public forms, and what a visitor sends lands where that form already lands in Zyntra.

People who hold a Website right: view, edit, publish or settings.

The forms

The list shows each public form of the company: the Form, where its entries go under Lands in (Leads or Estimate requests), and how many came This month. A company with none reads This company has no public forms yet. They are made in Setup › Forms.

Make or change a form in Setup › Forms: Open in Setup › Forms takes you there.

Put it on a page with the block Form, from Contact in the block library.

To send each lead to the right team, press Who gets it on the form's row. The visitor says what they are interested in, and the lead goes to the manager of that interest's team. Add a choice with + Choice: its wording in English and in Arabic, and the team it goes to.
Support is not a choice there: your customers ask for support signed in, in their client portal.

Spam protection is the public forms' own: a hidden field, a minimum fill time, a limit per visitor and the company's captcha.
