Tags

Every tag and where it is used. Keep the list tidy here, so the same thing is not tagged in three different ways.

Anyone allowed to see settings.

Read the list: each Tag, what it is Used on, for example one project, and its Status.

On a tag’s row you can rename it, merge it into another tag that means the same, or archive it when nothing carries it any more.

An archived tag is no longer offered when people tag a record. It can be brought back; nothing is deleted.

Tags are added where they are used: type a new tag on a project, a task or a customer and it joins this list.
