Mailboxes

The mailboxes this system reads. New mail becomes a ticket or a lead, once. A mailbox for bounce reports tells Reach which addresses could never be delivered to.

Who

Anyone allowed to see settings; adding or changing one needs permission to edit settings.

Have ready the details of the email account: its address and login, its incoming server (IMAP or POP3), the port and security, and the folder to read.

Press + New mailbox and fill in the Server, Port, Protocol, Encryption, the Email address (login) and its password, and Check every (minutes).

Choose what Its mail becomes: Tickets, Leads or Bounce reports for Reach. Save it.

The list shows each mailbox with its Last read time and its state. Read now checks a mailbox at once.

A mailbox is read only while it is switched on. Archiving one stops reading it; tick Show archived to see it and bring it back. What each email became is listed in the Ticket Pipe Log.
