Who

Anyone allowed to see GDPR; the switches need permission to edit settings.

Part	What you do there
What is switched on	Four switches: GDPR features, People may ask to be removed, People may ask for a copy of their data and Tell the company when a request comes in. A change takes effect at once.
Consent purposes	What a person is asked to agree to. Press + New purpose to add one, Edit to change its words, and Retire to stop asking. A purpose is retired, never deleted, so an answer already given still says what it was for.
Requests	Who asked for what. Decide each request: approve the removal, refuse it, or mark a copy of their data as sent.

An approved removal clears the person’s details and cannot be undone. Their past documents are kept.
